Registration Night

Step 1: Membership

A valid community association membership card is required to register in programs.

Memberships can be purchased at the membership table ($15/individual or family).

A separate cheque payable to the Briarwood Community Association is required to pay for your membership.

Briarwood Community Association honours other community association memberships. Please bring your Membership card with you to register.
Step 2: Register and pay for program(s) at the registration tables

Proceed to the table for each program you wish to register in.

Program information sheets are available at the tables.

A separate cheque payable to the Briarwood Community Association is required for each program registration.

Any class that does not reach minimum enrollment numbers will be cancelled and fees returned.
Additional Information:
As an Association that is completely run by volunteers, we have attempted to make our registration process as simple and efficient as possible for those volunteers.
Consequently, we ask for separate cheques for your membership fee and for each program registration. This allows us to return your cheque to you by mail if a program is cancelled following registration night due to insufficient participant registration.
Programs will proceed after registration night providing sufficient registration is met, which allows us to cover our expenses for the program. Therefore, no refunds will be given after you have registered for a program. No extra classes will be added after registration night. No drop-ins are allowed during the programs at any time. Only registered participants are allowed to participate in programs.
We encourage you to purchase your annual membership prior to registration night. Although a current membership does not guarantee a spot in the program of your choice, it allows you to bypass the membership table and proceed directly to the program registration tables.
Memberships will be sold at the annual BBQ on August 30th, 2009. If you cannot attend the BBQ, contact our membership coordinator Prem Sharma at 477-3480
